HOLD HARMLESS: It is expressly understood that you have registered in the JED Training 6 V 6 Tournament (Joe’s Elite Developmental) [hereinafter ‘Event”] voluntarily and at your own risk. You agree to release and hold harmless JED Sports Training LLC, Joseph Edward Dorsey, Milander Park, Milander Park officials, it’s officers, directors, owners, members, representatives, agents, employees, independent contractors, volunteers, promoters, advertisers, sponsors, partners, and all other persons connected directly or indirectly with the operation of this Tournament/Event (collectively, “Released and Indemnified Parties”) from any and all claims, losses, damages, demands, causes of action, suits and liabilities of every kind arising out of, related to, or resulting from the Tournament/Event, including limitation, any claim for loss, damage or destruction of property, or injury (including death), regardless of whether such loss arises in whole or part from the negligence of any Released and Indemnified Party. This release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as possible under applicable law, and if any portion of this release is held invalid or unenforceable, the balance shall continue in full force and legal effect.

MEDIA: JED Sports Training LLC’s 6 V 6 Tournament (Joe’s Elite Developmental) reserves the right to use any and all pictures taken of you and your guests during the Event to post on social media, add to newsletters, website, email campaigns, and any other form of advertising we choose to use help promote the company’s growth and promote future Tournament/events.

COVID-19 EXPOSURE: As the participant, you assume all risks related to COVID exposure. You agree to comply with all safety guidelines and to notify event coordinators if you or any of your team members: (1) experience symptoms of COVID-19 or another illness; (2) has a confirmed/suspected case of COVID-19 or another illness; or (3) has been in close contact with a person confirmed or suspected of having COVID-19 or another illness within the last 14 days.

RELEASE FOR MINOR (to be completed by Parent/Guardian for any participant under the age of 18): I, the parent/legal guardian of the above-named Minor, consent to the Minor’s participation in the Event and VOLUNTARILY RELEASE, FOREVER DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the Released Parties (as defined above). I RELEASE the Released Parties from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on the Minor’s account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the action or inaction of such Released Parties and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims brought by, or on behalf of the Minor in association with the Tournament/Event.
